Robert J. Dales

President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Drako Capital Ltd., a capital pool company. In addition Mr. Dales is President of Valhalla Ventures Inc., a private investment corporation, since January 1999. Mr. Dales is currently a director of Celtic Exploration Ltd. and Arcan Resources Ltd., both public oil and gas exploration companies.

Massimo M. Geremia

Founder of Manitok Energy Inc. in 2005; previously with Birchcliff Energy Ltd., Equatorial Energy Inc. & Boardwalk Equities Inc. Mr. Geremia has 22 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Finance, and Real Estate industries; the last 11 years exclusively in the Oil & Gas sector.

Gregory E. Peterson

Partner with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, a national Canadian law firm since 1990. Mr. Peterson has been Corporate Secretary of Manitok since April 20, 2005.

Tom Spoletini

Founding partner of Spolumbo’s Deli, a private deli company based out of Calgary, Alberta and Four Star Gravel, a private construction company based out of Calgary, Alberta.
